1. Canada is quite strict in its enforcement of immigration laws and does not generally admit persons who have violated immigration laws of other countries.
2. There’s no such thing as a “boyfriend/girlfriend” visa and your gf cannot do anything to get you a visa to enter Canada.

Well, I’m not illegal but when I travel to spain and america i just went as vaction. Maybe you should say that when you go to cannda and say where your orignally from

Canada does NOT admit visitors or immigrants who are ILLEGAL in the country they currently live in.
I suggest that you go back to your home country where you ARE legal and have your G/F travel to your country. Then you get married in your country and then she can sponsor you to Canada.
That is the LEGAL and CORRECT way to do it.
